Giselle Marion
Steering Committee (T'licho)
Ms. Giselle Marion is a Tłı̨chǫ Citizen and was born and raised in Behchokǫ̀.
She is the Director of Client Services with the Tłı̨chǫ Government out of the Behchokǫ̀ office. Her department’s portfolio includes, career development, economic development, post-secondary, enrolment, and communications, which complements the DigitalNWT project.
Tłı̨chǫ Agreement is the first comprehensive land claim and self-government agreement in the NWT, and established the Tłıc̨hǫ Government on August 4, 2005, with full powers and jurisdiction over 39,000 square kilometres of Tłıc̨hǫ lands, wildlife and resources in the Northwest Territories, Canada.
